Utilising our team of sourcing experts we will identify a number of suitable manufacturers whilst preparing the initial research results and recommendations report allowing for accurate and comparable manufacturer options for our clients. Once an ideal supplier is identified, manufacturer verification procedures are instigated resulting in a full background check/credit report (verified against official government and financial institutions).
Our project management team will then assist with any design and development clarifications for the project, whilst managing all production overview, QA & QC testing; site visits, shipping management & any customs procedures.
