Our Man in Beijing (OMiBJ) is dedicated to meeting the privacy expectations of any person or corporations and is applicable to Chinese law. We will protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client information that is received when in communication with the client regardless of whether the client undertakes Our Man in Beijing’s services.
OMiBJ makes the following data privacy commitments to our clients:
- Restricted access. We will limit the number of employees who have access to your confidential information to only those who are needed to fulfill our contract with you.
- Restricted use. We will use the confidential information you entrust to us for only those purposes related to fulfilling our contract with you.
- Restricted sharing. We will not share your confidential information with other companies unless we contract with them to perform tasks related to fulfilling our contract with you. In these cases, we will require these third parties to meet our information security standards and/or confidentiality policies that are applicable to the tasks being performed.
- Information security. We will enforce our own information security standards and/or confidentiality policies in the management of your confidential information.
- Security breach notification. We will promptly notify you of any unauthorized access of your confidential information that we detect.
- Data retention. We will retain your information in a secure database for further contact with the client. Should you wish to have your information removed from our database, please contact us with your request.
