HR & executive search
Our HR & Executive Search team will provide you with advice and recruitment strategies in China. We will also actively employ our own refined recruitment processes to capture the most suitable talent. We can work in advance of your arrival placing advertisements and instructing head hunters to source the best of China’s talent, identifying and screening the most qualified candidates. We will send you regular reports on our findings and can organise 3-way interviews via teleconferencing.
All candidates will be committed to thorough background and administrative checks whilst we can provide credentials and other soft factors from our own personal contacts with prospective employees. We will maintain a database of all contacts, handing over this information upon your company’s opening.
Beijing offers many options for serviced office accommodation. In addition to the major service providers, there are a large number of smaller local facilities that also offer very high quality suites. Though most providers offer short and medium term contracts, if a longer contract is opted for, base costs will be lower. All our recommended serviced offices provide secretarial and other support services and all have telephone switches, enabling a shared receptionist to answer in your own firm's name.
Three major things to consider when taking serviced office space are:
Budget – What is your overall budget per month? Does the expense suit your requirements?
Term – How long will you need this space for? Is a fixed lease non serviced office a better option?
Location – Where do you need to get to, and how long will it take?
Short term Accommodation
Our experience has shown that lengthy hotel stays are expensive and unpopular with employees. Employees much prefer to stay in serviced apartments as they provide a larger and less formal living space, with all the comforts of a home from home.
Serviced accommodation is a flexible and cost effective method of housing employees on short term assignments, or prior to moving into a longer term rental property. We have developed a network of quality serviced apartments, which can be quickly secured.
Based on our initial consultations with you, we will investigate all properties that fit your criteria, including location, budget, furnished/un-furnished and security etc. If you are keen to have an overview before you arrive we can document a portfolio for you, sending one of our representatives to visit each short listed accommodation, filing in our standard checklist, taking comprehensive photos and then providing you with a full report and our recommendations.
If you have already arrived and are in need of accommodation then we will organise and accompany you to all property inspections, assisting with communication and translation of any paperwork. Our Home search service ties in well with our Property Management service.
